About Group Presence Routing - Presence state call routing defines the routing of incoming calls to a call group based on the group’s presence state, and the time of day. The group presence state is generally associated with when a call group is considered to be in the office, away from the office, or away at lunch. The time-of-day is divided into three intervals – In Office, Lunch and Away. The Away interval includes all intervals outside of the In Office and Lunch intervals. Presence state call routing applies only to Broadcast, Hunt and Rollover groups.
Overriding Group Presence State Call Routing - You can override Group Presence State Call Routing by manually changing the state to one of In Office, Lunch, Away and Vacation.
