Enable User as Agent

Only Agents can be members of queue groups. For more information, see ACD Applications.

To enable a user as an Agent, follow these steps:

  1. Click Users and Locations in the left menu.
  2. Click the Last Name to select the user or location.
  3. Check Agent in the Services section.
  4. Click Save.
