Cutting Through on Subscriber's Behalf

Tenant Administrators can cut through into subscribers' WebAdmin accounts and make changes for them.

To log in on a subscriber's behalf, use the proper URL as follows:

https://<TOWS WebAdmin IP or Hostname>/webadmin/en/user/jsp/ProcessBasicLogin.jsp?tenantWebName=<Tenant Web URL>&UserID=<User Extension>&Password=<User PIN>&Target=<Target>&Behalf=<extensionTarget>
		

where

• <TOWS WebAdmin IP or Hostname>—TOWS WebAdmin IP address or the hostname
• <tenantWebName>—tenant name; must begin with forward slash [/]
• <UserID>—User ID
• <Password>—PIN
• <Target>—is one of the targets from the table below
• Behalf=<extensionTarget>—on behalf of the target extension

Error Handling

The system returns errors in the following circumstances:

Error	Error Code
Incorrect login credentials.	Error 401
Not an admin user. Cut through is not allowed.	Error 403
Cut through target is invalid.	Error 400
Cut through target does not have this feature. (Applies to My Voicemail and My Dynamic Site only.)	Error 503
