Configure Polycom VVX SIP Phones

Once your Service Provider has configured your network to make Polycom VVX SIP phones available, you may have to configure the phones for your subscribers to use.

To configure VVX phones, follow these steps:

  1. Factory reset the phone(s).
  2. Individual subscribers login from their phones.
    You cannot assign VVX phones from webadmin.
