From this page, you can listen to voicemail messages and configure group voicemail settings.
To listen to your messages, click Listen.
The system returns the visual voicemail portal.
The Listen button is not present by default, the Visual Voicemail link needs to be enabled in the Tenant's Service Provider page, and associated fields completed. See the Customize Service Provider section in the System Configuration Guide.To configure Group Voicemail, follow these steps:
